

About Me.
I am Benjamin, I have been living in Amsterdam for 9 years and before venturing into fitness I have been working in hospitality for 8 years. Towards the end of my hospitality career I dislocated my left knee resulting in a curiosity of the human body and what it is capable of. After rehabilitation alongside the consistency and discipline I showed myself and the knowledge I have acquired over the years, I would like to pass this on to you.
I became a personal trainer in 2021 after I dislocated my knee in 2019, whilst during my rehabilitation I became fascinated with the human body and what it was capable of. I decided to learn more within the fitness field and pass the knowledge I have acquired onto others.
I believe that every trainer has their pros and cons and there will be someone better than you.
People have stressful lives and what sets me apart, is during a session I take the time to listen to you and push you to reach your own potential.
I find technique to be paramount as creating a strong base is what sets you up for success in the future and giving you the knowledge required for you to take fitness into your own hands.

what happens next?

I believe that working together should be seen as a collaboration rather than a dictatorship. Therefore, before we even get started we will have an initial telephone conversation to get to know each other followed by an initial one-to-one assessment.
The initial telephone call is a fact-finding call which should take a maximum of 45 minutes.

From here we can plan a one-to-one assessment.
This one-to-one is for me to see where you are at this moment and it should take a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes.

When we have completed our one-to-one we can have a little chat about how we would both like to proceed and take it from there.
There are various personal training options dependent upon how you would like to move forward.

He always makes sure you are comfortable and ensures you do your exercises in good form and technique in order to prevent injuries! And he shares his fitness knowledge, tips & tricks and best practices with you as well.
He makes a plan with you during an intake and he takes the time to explain all the exercises to you in detail during all the sessions, step by step and also explains to you the reasons why you're going to do these exercises, tied into your goals.
He challenges you as well for you to step out of your comfort zone and pushes you to go for that extra mile!
